• Automating calendar invites sent directly to customers
• Syncing all data back to your Zoho CRM

How It Works

1. Trigger from CRM: Launch Scheduler from a record in your source module (Leads, Contacts, etc.)
2. Enter Location: The postcode from the CRM record is used to calculate drive times
3. View Available Slots: See all available time slots across your field agents
4. Book Appointment: Select a slot and complete the booking form
5. Automatic Updates: Data is saved to your destination module and calendar invites are sent
