How Scheduler Works
Scheduler uses a simple data-in, data-out model:
- You trigger it from a record in Zoho CRM (source module)
- It finds available appointment slots near that record's location
- After booking, it saves data to your chosen destination module

Critical Setup Requirements
Before Scheduler will work correctly, you must complete three essential configuration steps:
- Map all required App Fields - Connect Scheduler fields to your CRM fields
- Select at least one field agent - Without this, no slots will appear
- Configure existing booking filters - Without this, all slots appear available
