Troubleshooting Integrations

If you encounter any issues with the integration between Scheduler and Zoho CRM, this guide provides some tips for troubleshooting common problems.

Custom Buttons Not Appearing

If your custom buttons are not appearing in Zoho CRM, please check the following:

  • CRM Edition: Custom buttons are only available on the Enterprise and Ultimate editions of Zoho CRM.
  • Button Configuration: Double-check that your button has been configured correctly, with the correct URL format and access permissions.
  • Layouts: Ensure that you have added the button to the correct page layouts for the module.

Incorrect Data Mapping

If you find that data is not being mapped correctly between Scheduler and your CRM, please check the following in your workflow settings:

  • App Field Mapping: Make sure that all the essential App Fields have been mapped to the correct CRM fields.
  • CRM Field Mapping: Check that any additional CRM fields you have mapped are configured correctly, with the correct source and destination fields.
  • Required Fields: Ensure that all mandatory fields in your destination module are being populated, either through field mapping or on the booking form.

Slot Search Issues

If you are not seeing the expected results in the slot search, please check the following:

  • Valid Appointment Filter: Make sure that your Valid Appointment Filter is correctly identifying existing bookings.
  • Slots Policy: Check that your Slots Policy is configured to offer slots at the times you expect.
  • Field Agents: Ensure that you have selected the correct field agents for the workflow.
