- Field Agents: These are the mobile personnel who travel to meet with clients. This can include field sales representatives, service engineers, installers, or any other role that requires on-site appointments.
The application is initially launching for UK-based organisations that use Zoho CRM. Support for other CRMs and regions is planned for the future.
