This glossary provides definitions for some of the key terms used throughout the Scheduler documentation.

• Phone/Booking Agent: A user who is responsible for booking appointments over the phone.
• Field Agent: A user who attends appointments on-site with clients.
• Source Module: The Zoho CRM module from which the booking process is initiated.
• Destination Module: The Zoho CRM module where the details of a new booking are stored.
• Validity Filter: A set of criteria that is used to identify existing booked appointments in the destination module.
• Slot: A bookable time window that is offered to the telephone agent, which respects all the configured travel and timing rules.
• Workflow: A self-contained configuration for a specific booking scenario.
• App Fields: A fixed set of fields that Scheduler requires to function correctly.
• CRM Fields: The fields that exist within your Zoho CRM modules.
