Client Confirmations and Calendar Events

A key part of providing a great customer experience is keeping your clients well-informed about their upcoming appointments. Scheduler can automate this process for you by sending out confirmation emails and calendar invitations.

Confirmation Emails

If you enable the option in your workflow settings, Scheduler will automatically send a confirmation email to the client as soon as an appointment is booked. This email will contain all the key details of the appointment, such as the date, time, and location.

Calendar Invitations

In addition to the confirmation email, Scheduler can also send a calendar invitation to the client. This allows them to easily add the appointment to their own calendar, reducing the risk of no-shows and ensuring that they have all the information they need at their fingertips.

These automated communications not only save your team time but also provide a professional and organised experience for your clients, helping to build trust and confidence in your business. You can configure these options in the Notifications section of your workflow settings.
