Completing the Booking Form
A guide to filling out the booking form in Scheduler.
Completing the Booking Form
The booking form is the final step in the appointment scheduling process. It is designed to be a simple and efficient way for your telephone agents to confirm the details of the booking and capture any necessary information.
What's on the Form?
The content of the booking form is entirely customisable by the administrator. In the workflow settings, you can specify which fields from your destination module and the Events module should appear on the form.
This can include:
- Read-only fields: To display important information for confirmation.
- Editable fields: To allow the agent to capture or update information.
- Mandatory fields: To ensure that essential information is always collected.
- Notes field: A large text area for any additional comments or instructions.
The Agent's Role
The telephone agent's role is to review the information on the form, make any necessary changes to the editable fields, and fill in any required fields. Once they are satisfied that all the information is correct, they click the "Schedule" button to complete the booking.
By customising the booking form to include only the essential fields, you can create a fast and user-friendly experience for your agents, allowing them to complete bookings with minimal effort.
