Viewing Schedules in CRM and Mobile

After an appointment has been successfully booked using Scheduler, the details of the booking are immediately available to your field agents in Zoho CRM. This ensures that they always have an up-to-date view of their schedule.

Zoho CRM

Field agents can view their upcoming appointments directly within the Zoho CRM interface. If the "Create meeting" option is enabled in your workflow, a new Meeting (Event) will be created for each booking, which will appear in the agent's CRM calendar.

Zoho CRM Mobile App

For agents who are on the move, the Zoho CRM mobile app provides a convenient way to access their schedules from anywhere. All the appointments booked through Scheduler will be visible in the mobile app, allowing agents to stay informed and organised while they are in the field.

For even more advanced functionality, such as optimised routing between appointments, your field agents can use the RouteIQ app. RouteIQ is a separate application that integrates with Zoho CRM and can help your team to plan the most efficient routes for their daily schedules. A subscription to RouteIQ is required to use this feature.
