Customising the Booking Form
The Booking Form is the modal window that appears after a telephone agent has selected an appointment slot. This form is used to confirm key details and gather any additional information that is required to complete the booking.
As an administrator, you have full control over which fields appear on the booking form. This allows you to tailor the form to your specific needs and ensure that your agents are capturing all the necessary information.
In the Booking Form section of the workflow settings, you can choose which fields from your destination module and the Events module should be displayed to the agent. This includes standard fields as well as any custom fields you have created in your CRM.
